Payment & Refund Policy

Overview

These standard payment and refund terms apply to registrations, stall bookings and other paid services for NI‑SAR‑GAM 2025. By completing a payment you accept these terms.

Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm registrations, bookings and sponsorship packages.
  • We accept payments via the methods shown on the registration/payment page. Any payment gateway fees (if applicable) are borne by the payer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Invoices will be issued on request and may include applicable taxes (GST or local taxes). Please provide accurate billing details when you register.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • No cancellation: Registrations, stall bookings and sponsorship commitments are not cancellable by the purchaser once confirmed and paid, except as set out below.
  • No refund: All purchases are non‑refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser (see “Event cancellation or postponement”).
  • Transfers: Requests to transfer a registration or stall to another person may be considered if submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event and are subject to organiser approval and any administrative fees.

Event cancellation or postponement

  • If the organiser cancels the event, participants and sponsors will be offered a full refund or a credit towards the next edition, at the organiser's discretion.
  • If the event is postponed, bookings and registrations remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds for postponement are offered only at the organiser's discretion.
  • Force majeure: The organiser is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic measures). In such cases refunds or credits may be handled as described above.

Chargebacks & disputes

  • If you dispute a charge directly with your card issuer, please inform us immediately at the contact address below so we can help resolve the issue. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in cancellation of access or services associated with the disputed payment.

Resale & transfer

  • Tickets and passes are non‑transferable unless explicit written permission is provided by the organiser. Resale of tickets for profit is prohibited and may lead to cancellation without refund.

Exceptions & special cases

  • Refunds in special circumstances (medical emergency, government travel restrictions) may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis and require supporting documentation.
  • Where refunds are permitted, the organiser may deduct a reasonable administrative charge to cover transaction costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the event is organised. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
